Reminders
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of each cruise.
Departure times vary depending on the month. (January 17:00 / February 17:30 / March-April 18:00 / May 18:30 / June-July 19:00 / August 18:30 / September 18:00 / 10 Monday 17:30 / November-December 17:00)
The journey time is approximately 90 minutes.
When checking in, please show a screen showing the name of the person making the reservation (full name).
There is a pole along the waterfront at the entrance to the pier, and we will guide you onto the boat in the order in which you line up there.
The ship departs on schedule, so we cannot wait for you if you are delayed.
When an event is held at the Red Brick Warehouse, it may be difficult to find the pier.
If you are unable to make it in time due to transportation restrictions or other factors, we will not be able to deliver the item to you. In that case, we will not be able to refund the fee.
We do not provide information on events, traffic regulations, etc., so please gather this information yourself.
If the cruise is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, we will post a notice to that effect on our website by around 12:00 on the day of the cruise, so please check it.
If there are any sudden changes in the weather after that, we will update the operation status on our website as soon as it changes. However, please note that we cannot reimburse any travel expenses if you have already arrived at the pier.
If we cancel the cruise due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will provide a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 4 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 17% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
