Although it is set based on the annual flowering time, the best time to see it may change depending on the weather conditions.
Regardless of the best time to see the cherry blossoms, the tour will be held as soon as the number of people gathers.
The length of stay for each cherry blossom viewing may change depending on the flowering conditions and traffic conditions.
Watarase Valley Railway is a non-reserved seat. You may be standing when it is crowded. In addition, the boarding section may change.
Regular trains are available on the Watarase Valley Railway. (It is not a trolley train.)
Watarase Valley Railway will be charged from 1 year old for group tickets. Children aged 1 and 2 will collect 180 yen on the day of the tour.
The Sheepdog Show at Ikaho Green Bokujo can only be viewed if the process is proceeding smoothly.
Animal contact may not be possible depending on the weather and the physical condition of the animal.
Reminders
Participants need to be able to communicate with the guide during this tour in case of emergency. This tour is guided in Japanese only, please refrain from booking this tour if none of the participants are unable to speak Japanese.
After the scheduled departure time, we will depart at the discretion of our staff, so please strictly observe the meeting time.

In the unlikely event that you arrive late and need to use a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be able to respond to your request.
Depending on the number of participants, it may be a medium-sized bus or a small-sized bus.
The bus does not have a toilet.
No smoking inside the car. In principle, reclining is not permitted. (Excluding some courses)
The arrival place may be different from the meeting place.
The storage period for lost items is 2 weeks after the end of the trip. However, we will immediately dispose of food items such as living things and items that are difficult to store. Please note that.

Facility admission fees included in the tour price are different from the official prices. There is no refund or additional request for the difference from the official price after the tour departs.
If the number of participants is less than 30 or if the operation is impossible due to a disaster or accident, the enforcement will be changed or canceled by the day 3 days before the start of the trip (13 days before the accommodation).
We may not be able to meet your seating requirements, hotel smoking / non-smoking requests, and allergy requests. After explaining, we may decline in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
