It's a moving sight to see such a huge creature soaring through the air, and if you're lucky you might even be able to witness it!

[Regarding the cancellation of the event]
We will set sail if there is a little rain.
However, in the event of poor sea conditions, heavy rain, thunder, thick fog, etc., the safety of our customers takes top priority, so departure may be canceled.
In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you by mobile phone the day before or early in the morning on the day of the event.
[Notes on participating in the course]
・The encounter rate is 99%, but if you don't see anything, we will give you a full refund (no refunds in January and April) or you can try again!
・Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. ・Pregnant women and guests who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to board the ship.
・There is no lunch. Please eat on your own after the morning trip returns to port, and then please come directly to the port by 13:15 for the afternoon trip.

How to Get There
For those coming by car
If you are coming from Naha or Onna Village, get off at Kyoda IC on the Okinawa Expressway and head north on Route 58. From Route 58, get onto Route 449 and head towards the aquarium.
For those coming by other means
We also offer a shuttle service for guests staying near Motobu, so please inquire when making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
