Notice Regarding Waitlisted Customers

• Depending on room availability, you may be placed on a waitlist (booking in progress).
  
• In such cases, the waitlist status may continue until shortly before the departure date (approximately 4 days prior), and notification will be sent as soon as the outcome is determined.
  
• No cancellation fees will be incurred while on the waitlist (booking in progress); cancellation fees will apply only after the booking is confirmed.
  

Notice Regarding Departures 

• For entry to Korea
  During the following period, travelers of the following nationalities are exempted from applying for K-ETA. This regulation is limited to short-term stays of 90 days or less for reasons such as sightseeing, visiting acquaintances, or business. The passengers who entering Korea for study or working holidays must obtain a visa.

  * An Entry Declaration Form must be submitted for entry. The forms will be distributed at the port of Hakata and onboard the ship.

  The passengers of nationalities not included in the above list are required to apply for a K-ETA at least 72 hours prior to departure. Visa and K-ETA will be checked upon check-in at Hakata Port.
  For checking visa, please prepare a screenshot or printout of the application result showing all passport information for K-ETA, or a printed "VISA GRANT NOTICE" for the electronic visa without a sticker in the passport.
  * Busan Port does not support "Q-CODE".
  
  
• For entry to Japan
  Fast Track applications through Visit Japan Web will no longer be required.
  

Notice Regarding Reservations

• Second class (shared room), 3 people, 4 people, and 5 people are generally easier to reserve. Please consider these options when making your reservation.
  
• Customers who do not wish to reschedule: You will be placed on a waiting list. If no availability opens up by four days before departure, you may cancel free of charge. 
• Customers who wish to reschedule: We will check availability for your second or third preferred room type.
  
• Your booking will be confirmed once the booking voucher has been sent. After placing your booking, please stay updated on relevant notifications as we finalize the arrangements. We will inform you of the result of your booking at least 4 days prior to the departure date.
• Infants (Ages 0–1)
  - One infant may travel free of charge per adult. If two infants accompany one adult, the toddler fare applies to the second infant. 
  - If you are traveling with an infant eligible for free boarding, please provide us the following details in the “Requests & Remarks” when making your reservation: Name / Gender / Date of Birth / Nationality / Passport Number and Expiry Date.
  - If the presence of an infant is only disclosed on the day of boarding, you may not be allowed to board depending on the circumstances. Please ensure that you notify us in advance.
