  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited

  • The tour only includes 12 hours of charter car service. If you exceed 12 hours, please pay the overtime fee of ฿500 per hour directly to the driver. The 12 hours of service time starts from the pick-up

  • The driver speaks basic English. Please book for a tour guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher level of English. Please note that the guide will be counted as 1 passenger and will occupy a seat in your vehicle

  • When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle if the group size exceeds the vehicle capacity on the day of pickup.
  • For pick-up/drop-off at Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi International Airport, a surcharge of THB 100 per vehicle will apply. 
  • Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. 
  • Waiting time policy:
    - If we can contact the customer, we will wait as per their request.
    - If we cannot contact the customer, we will wait up to 120 minutes from the pickup time. After 120 minutes, it will be considered a "no-show". 
  • The overtime fee is THB 500 per hour. 
  • Charter services cannot be used for shuttle-like services (e.g., picking up multiple groups from different locations and dropping them at separate destinations).
  • For vehicle services between 23:59 - 05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.
  • Additional charges apply for certain locations. If the vehicle crosses provincial boundaries, operator confirmation is required. Guests will be notified once their location is confirmed.
