Be at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before to check in
Present your e-voucher to board on the bus
- Child Policy -
Children under 1m get free tickets if they sit in the same seat with their parents.
Children 6 years old or 1 meter tall or taller - Counted as Adult
Pregnant women need to ensure their health during the travel process.
The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations on Children and Pregnant Women.
Surcharge(s)
Luggage
In case passengers carry luggage that is not in accordance with the regulations (larger, bulkier) or carry second luggage, the garage will surcharge 75,000 VND / luggage
Holiday Surcharge
The 2026 Holiday Rate will be applied on these day:
- 28 April - 05 May
- 23 Dec - 25 Dec
- 30 Dec - 1 Jan (Next Year)
The Holiday Surcharge is included in the package. However, in case of changing go-date from Normal Day to Holiday, a surcharge will be applied.
Reminders
Please arrive 45 minutes before departure time. The provider will call no more than twice and will send an email to confirm the itinerary before the scheduled service
This is a shared van; guests will be sharing space with other passengers
Children 1 meter tall or taller - Counted as Adult
If the van is unable to depart due to a lack of passengers, we will contact you again and change the departure time to a different time frame
The car's destination does not stop at an exact address: the driver will drop you off at the center, where you can take a taxi or walk to the destination
