- This experience requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed, and the maximum capacity is either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults; the activity is not suitable for children under 5 years old
- Guests are required to book 48 hours in advance and arrive at Pier Eight restaurant between 5:30 am and 5:45 am on the morning of the experience
- Guests must adhere to Jukung boat safety guidelines to maintain the boat's stability. Wearing comfortable clothing, such as sandals and beachwear, is highly recommended
- Children under 5 years old must be held at all times during the boat ride
- Jumping on the boat is not permitted
