1. Non-refundable: This product is subject to group flight regulations. Once the flight is confirmed, it cannot be refunded for any reason (including personal factors such as medical issues).
2. Non-changeable: After ticketing, it is not possible to correct names, change dates, transfer, or request a refund.
3. Responsibility for Data Verification: Please fill in the details (English name, date of birth, passport number and expiry date, gender, ID number) exactly as they appear on your original passport. Do not enter information from memory when booking for relatives or friends.
4. Risk of Errors: If the information is incorrect after ticketing, the passenger shall bear any resulting change fees, airline penalties, or losses due to inability to depart.

【Free Baggage Allowance Standards】
Each passenger may carry one piece of carry-on baggage (dimensions less than 54cm x 38cm x 23cm, including wheels and handles) and one personal item (such as a handbag, laptop bag, or duty-free goods). The total weight of both items must not exceed 10 kg. Personal items and carry-on baggage must be measured for size, quantity, and weight by airport staff and marked with a yellow carry-on baggage identification tag.
Round-trip free checked baggage: There is no limit on the number of pieces, but the total weight per person must not exceed 20 KG. The sum of the length, width, and height of the checked baggage must not exceed 203 cm (the length of one side must be 120 cm or less). A single piece of checked baggage must not exceed 30 kg. Passengers booked under the same reservation code and checking in together at the counter can share the checked baggage allowance; those with different reservation codes cannot share.
Infants without a seat are not provided with free carry-on or checked baggage allowance. If infants or young children are traveling with you, their child safety seat or stroller can be checked for free. If the infant or young child does not need to use these items, standard checked baggage fees will apply.

1. Definition of Oversized Baggage: If any side of the checked baggage exceeds 100 cm, or the sum of the length, width, and height exceeds 203 cm (inclusive), it is considered oversized baggage and is subject to an 'Oversized Baggage Fee'.
2. Common Special Checked Items (subject to oversized baggage fee):
- Sports equipment: Including surfboards, snowboards, fishing rods, golf clubs, bicycles, etc. Please note that the maximum length for a surfboard on one side is 280 cm.
- Large musical instruments - Other large items: For example, oil paintings, statues, televisions, furniture, etc., where one side exceeds 100 cm.
3. Fees: A handling fee of NTD$ 550 per piece per way will be charged for oversized baggage. You must notify KKday customer service before ticketing to process this. The weight of the oversized baggage will be included in your total checked baggage weight. If you do not request this before ticketing and inform the staff only at the airport check-in counter, the fee will be charged according to the on-site standard of NTD$ 950. Please take note of this.
4. Free Checked Items: For personal special needs or when traveling with infants/young children, any auxiliary equipment, mobility aids, medical equipment, and baby supplies that exceed the dimensions can be checked for free. Please note the quantity limits for strollers and wheelchairs; only one auxiliary vehicle is accepted for free per passenger.
5. The oversized baggage fee is calculated per piece and applies only to the service itself. It does not include other baggage-related expenses, such as baggage allowance, or extra fees incurred due to overweight or excess pieces.
6. Liability: If baggage cannot be checked, or if extra fees or losses are incurred due to the passenger's failure to comply with regulations (e.g., failure to notify in advance, incorrect dimensions, etc.), the passenger shall bear the responsibility.

【Operational Instructions】
The flight tickets for this product are group economy class tickets. Group tickets cannot be deferred, flight schedules cannot be changed, tickets are non-refundable, and pre-boarding check-in or seat selection is not available. Once the deposit is paid, the tickets have no refund value if cancelled (including medical reasons). The full ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee, please be aware!
Please provide the correct Chinese and English names of all passengers as they appear on their passports when booking. If your passport is expired, please enter the passport number from your old passport first, and proactively provide the new passport details at least seven days before ticketing or departure to avoid any issues with boarding or entry.

1. Passengers who are less than 30 weeks pregnant (calculated based on the return date) do not need to provide a medical certificate of fitness to fly.

Entry into any country requires a passport with at least six months of validity and a valid visa for the destination country.
