- Booking is subject to room availability
- The difference between a VIP room and with Standard room is that the VIP room space is wider a bit, and no need to climb over the mattress to the bathroom, and there are 2 seats joining to the bed
- A big hall is provided for in-house guests for steamboat or BBQ with OWN equipment and cutlery. Guests can borrow the steamboat stove, excluded pot, can gas, and BBQ grill equipment (excluded net to in-house guests). The guests are also provided with a drinking dispenser, a kettle, and dishwashing liquid at the hall for in-house guests to use
- Guests are NOT ALLOWED to bring PORK-related food
- NOT ALLOW electric model because the area is low in voltage
- Can bring fresh foods from Kundasang Bataras Superstore which is very near to Culvert View, but the homestay does NOT PROVIDE a refrigerator
- Accommodation guests who aging from 12 years old and above must have FULLY completed 2 doses of vaccine and who are classified as “LOW RISK NO SYMPTOM” and “FULLY VACCINATED” under MySejahtera Status are allowed to make booking or entry to Culvert View
- Full payment for booking is required, and no cancellation is allowed even though due to COVID-19 or natural disasters in which unexpected circumstances suddenly occurred, replacement is allowed for a future book if cancel 1 week before or else, you will be forfeited. Validate replacement extended 3 months from the original booking date
- A screenshot of "Low Risk No Symptom" and "Fully Vaccinated" under MySejahtera status requires to be submitted upon room booking for all guests. During check-in, the premises will check all guests' MySejahtera status to ensure the safety and health of all guests
