  • All service fees and mandatory items must be paid in cash to the guide on the tour day. If you leave the tour early, service fees are non-refundable.

  • A tour voucher will be sent by email 1–3 business days before departure. If the product is sold out during peak season, the company will contact you to reschedule or change the route.
  • Guests may not use their own national park annual passes or attraction tickets. If you bring your own tickets, the company may refuse transportation service, and you must arrange your own transport.
  • The guide or driver may adjust the itinerary, visiting order, stay time, or meeting time due to weather, traffic, closures, holidays, capacity limits, or other force majeure. No refunds will be given for such changes, and the company is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, or related travel expenses.
  • Suitcases are not allowed due to vehicle capacity limits. Free luggage storage is available at the departure city; locks are provided, and guests are responsible for the key and any loss.
  • Guests must take care of personal belongings. In case of loss, report to the police immediately. The guide will assist with police coordination but will not handle follow-up matters. The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Travel insurance is recommended.
  • If traveling with a child under 8 years old, you must inform customer service in advance and provide the child’s age. A child safety seat costs USD 20 per use. Failure to notify may cause delays, and any related costs, fines, or penalties will be the guest’s responsibility.
  • At Antelope Canyon, visitors must follow all rules: no photography on stairs; follow the Navajo guide at all times; no carving, littering, or urinating; no bags, tripods, monopods; and no climbing. Violators may be removed from the site without refund.

  • Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided

  • No bags are allowed in Upper Antelope Canyon. Only clear bags that can see-through are allowed to carry. Guests who do not follow the rules will be refused to join and no refund will be provided

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
