- The Gift ticket holders please arrive on-site early for better seat option. No seat number is guaranteed beforehand.
- The Star's seat number will be arranged by the operators and seat number will be on the voucher issued to you after booking (no seat selection allowed but we will offer good seats for you)
- After booking and choosing your desired ticket class (except for The Gift and Star class), you will be contacted as soon as possible for exact seat number confirmation. Voucher will be issued and sent to you after your seat number is confirmed.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, ticket class is non-changeable. Please refer to our policy in case of canceling your order
- In case of no-show due to being infected with Covid-19:
- Purchased tickets can be transferred to be under another user name, please provide full name, phone number of new user before 3:00 PM of show date.
- Change to another show with same ticket class and quantity of tickets: please kindly provide positive test result with full of personal information. If the latter show's price is higher, guest have to pay the difference. If the latter show's price is lower, difference will not be refunded. Please note that purchased tickets can be change only once, and the new show date has to be within the next 30 days of the old one.
