- Departs Monday to Saturday at 1:30 pm and returns approximately between 5:30–6:00 pm
- Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure
- Please note during the winter, due to a lesser number of deliveries and passenger drop-offs, the Mail Boat can sometimes return up to an hour earlier as traveling distances are reduced but guests will still get the same commentary
- Child prices are valid for guests aged 5–14 years; infants travel free of charge with an adult
- A limit of 20 kg checked luggage per person applies
- Mountain bikes are transferred for a fee of NZ$5 per bike, per transfer
- The cruise route of the sounds varies depending on the day you are booking. Monday and Thursday take one route, Wednesday and Saturday another, and Tuesday and Friday, a separate route
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
- Please print your voucher and present it on the day of the tour
- You may also present your voucher through your mobile device
- The complete Tour Operator Information, including contact details, is included on your tour voucher
- Cruise vessel availability is subject to change without notice
- Availability of the tour will be subject to change depending on weather conditions and other external circumstances
- It is highly recommended that you reconfirm your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
- Tickets are fixed date tickets and valid only on your selected date
- Cancellations will not be allowed
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
