- When reserving a song you would like to record, please provide the singer and song title in the "Memo" field.
- Each package for single travelers includes 1 song per person. If 2 or more people wish to record simultaneously, an additional 50% of the package price will be charged for each additional person and will be paid on site.
- Group plan reservations can be made for 2 to 10 people.
- If you wish to change your reservation schedule, please request it via messenger.
- The service will start on time, so please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes early.
- Customers with confirmed reservations are requested to send one profile photo and order number via messenger.
Options that include music editing will take 2-3 weeks, and music videos will be ready within 4 weeks. CD albums containing the original songs will be shipped immediately on site.

Customers who choose a package that includes a CD album are requested to send the personal photos and KKday reservation number required for album production to studio@musicking.co.kr. After ordering, please send the personal photos you wish to include in the album and your KKday order number to studio@musicking.co.kr.
The finished product will be sent within one month after the experience ends.
