How to collect one-day/two-day tickets: (1) When the ticket collection voucher code is a standard "7-digit" number, please log in to the online ticket collection link via your mobile phone: https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve and enter the ticket collection voucher code and the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number according to the instructions on the page to generate a QR code for entry; (2) When the ticket collection voucher code is "1111111", please go to the park ticket window with your ticket purchase certificate to exchange for a paper ticket for entry; (3) When the ticket collection voucher code is "0000000", please go directly to the park entrance with your ticket purchase certificate to scan your ID to enter the park
Annual Pass Collection Methods: 1. (Recommended) Online Activation: After purchasing an Annual Pass, if you agree to use it via facial recognition, you can activate it online through the Chimelong official app/mini program (you will need to bind your ID number and take a photo to record your facial information). You will then be able to conveniently enter the park through the facial recognition channel. 2. Offline Activation by Electronic Annual Pass Number: After purchasing an Annual Pass, you can go to the ticket office of the theme park you purchased the pass from (either of the two theme parks). Present the voucher code and mobile phone number you received for purchasing the pass to receive your electronic annual pass number. Then, go to the Visitor Service Center to activate your pass (you will need to provide your ID card and take a photo to activate it). Simultaneously record your facial information (if you agree). You will then be able to conveniently enter the park through the facial recognition channel. 3. If you do not agree to use the Annual Pass through facial recognition, you will need to activate your Annual Pass offline by picking up the electronic Annual Pass as described in point 2 above (without entering facial information). Before each entry to the park, you will need to present your valid ID to the Visitor Service Center for manual verification. After verification, an admission ticket will be issued. You will then be required to present your valid ID, electronic Annual Pass, and admission ticket in one combination to enter the park.
[Exclusive for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Overseas] Plan: Only applicable to residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas regions. Each guest must present one of the following three identification documents for identification upon entry: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/Passport; ② Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China; ③ Passport for citizens of overseas countries. If you are unable to present the relevant documents and tickets at the same time, you will need to purchase the corresponding ticket at the on-site store price to enter the park.
Visitors must undergo security checks before entering any of Chimelong’s theme parks. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and food into the park.

From Hong Kong, you can take a cross-border coach service directly to Zhuhai Chimelong. Buses typically depart from various points in Hong Kong, such as Tsim Sha Tsui or Mong Kok, and travel via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Alternatively, you can take a ferry from Hong Kong to Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port, then transfer to a taxi or local bus to reach the Ocean Kingdom.
From Macau, you can take a direct cross-border bus to Zhuhai Chimelong. If you are arriving at Macau International Airport, you can find shuttle buses or taxis that will take you to the border gate, where you can then transfer to a bus heading directly to Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. The journey typically involves crossing the border into Zhuhai.
