- The routes between Koh Chang, Koh Mak, and Koh Kood are primarily operated by speedboats during the green season (June–September). However, if the number of passengers exceeds the speedboat’s capacity on any given day, the service will be upgraded to a catamaran.

Purchase Notice
- In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the ferry company reserves the right to modify departure times and vessel types
- Children aged 5 years and above will be charged the adult fare for bus, van, and ferry rides. Infants and children aged 0-4 years can sit on the laps of their guardians, or in a seat if an extra seat is available
- For round-trip tickets, please place two separate orders
- Reservations falling on national holidays, special holidays, long weekends, and weekends are non-refundable and non-changeable. Ticket cancellations or amendments will incur a 100% charge in such cases
- Should the ferry be unable to operate on the designated schedule, or faces delays due to weather conditions, Boonsiri High Speed Ferries Co. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips without prior notice. In such cases, the company takes full responsibility for transferring the booking to an alternative ferry service. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided by Boonsiri High Speed Ferries Co. Ltd.
- If your booking information is incomplete, we will reach out to you for the necessary details. If the required information is not provided within 2 days of your chosen date, please note that your order will be cancelled

- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time or your reservation might be cancelled
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
