  • Spring (March–May): Average -16°C to -3°C. Extremely cold climate, dry air, deep snow cover. Daylight hours significantly increase, with polar day even beginning. Rainfall is very sparse. Common activities: Snowshoeing, wildlife observation (seals, polar bears), still opportunities to see the Northern Lights in March and early April. Recommended attire: Polar-grade warm clothing, layered dressing, windproof and waterproof jacket and pants, warm hat, scarf, and gloves.
