It is recommended to go early in the morning or late in the evening when the weather is cooler and there are fewer crowds. If you visit during the Hindu festival Thaipusam in January or February, you can feel the grand religious celebration, but you need to be prepared for crowds of people.

Batu Caves is a must-see attraction in Selangor, including the 272-step Rainbow Staircase, limestone caves and Hindu temples. There are also other food and cultural experiences such as Chong Batik and Royal Selangor Pewter Factory.
