First of all, the meeting points were very convenient, one of which was right at the Sapporo TV Tower. Staff came out early with flags for the group to recognize, and kindly and professionally reminded everyone to use the nearby clean restrooms beforehand, in case there were long queues or the restrooms at other attractions weren't as clean. Our guide this time was Vivi, who professionally explained the features and precautions of each attraction in Chinese, English, and Japanese, ensuring we had a wonderful time. I hope to have the opportunity to book another day trip to Hokkaido next time and meet Vivi again. Thank you again, Vivi!

The timing was excellent, the vehicle was comfortable and clean, and the tour guide provided clear explanations. I would definitely choose to go again if I had the chance!
