Our guide, Xiao Ma, was excellent. He managed the time very well, provided clear explanations, and showed us all the stamping locations for the six modes of transportation. Please note that the area around Murodo, where you can view the snow walls, is extremely crowded, with long queues for food and drinks. Xiao Ma is very professional and suggests buying some food the day before to eat on the way up. There's plenty of time in the Gassho-zukuri village; we took the shuttle bus directly to the observation deck (300 yen per person per trip). I recommend taking this bus as it's fast and convenient. The driver was also excellent and safely delivered everyone to their destination.
During my two-day, one-night trip to Kanazawa, I visited 6 out of the 17 eligible facilities. It saved me the trouble of buying tickets each time, and I think it was well worth the price. Kanazawa has so many beautiful places; I had a very fulfilling time. I wish I had more time to see more. If I have the opportunity to go again, I would definitely buy this pass.
This was a 2-day tour, a small group tour with a private car (4 passengers + guide and driver) because there weren't many participants. Our guide, Xiao Guo, was attentive and explained everything clearly. The itinerary wasn't rushed, and we had plenty of time to explore. He also shared local food recommendations with us. We had a very enjoyable trip and highly recommend it.
This is the second time I've bought a JR pass on KKday. This time, the plan included a free Ishikawa Rakuen Pass, which was a great deal. I'll definitely buy tickets from this platform again for my future trips to Japan.
