I received a notification of a tour guide change one day before departure. Since I didn't read the details carefully, I replied to confirm. However, I later got in touch with the original tour guide, who was very helpful in explaining things to me and worked hard to help us get back to the original group. On the day of departure, he explained things very clearly, giving us a wonderful day trip experience. I hope to have the opportunity to participate in other tours in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip, especially our guide. She managed the group exceptionally well and even shared fascinating legends about Mount Fuji. The itinerary was fantastic, covering most of the major attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend this package to anyone wanting to experience Mount Fuji. It's reasonably priced, and group tours save a significant amount of money compared to independent travel.

I checked the visibility of Mount Fuji before departure, so I was thrilled to see it! 🗻 It was even a "Mount Fuji with milk foam" (a type of Japanese dessert). The tour guide explained everything in detail. Lunch was a nice meal at a restaurant, and there were free drinks. The itinerary included all the photo opportunities! 👍🏻 Highly recommended!

Before departure, we were waiting for a group of guests to arrive late, delaying the bus by about 10 minutes. Once on board, Ashley reiterated the importance of punctuality and urged everyone to accommodate the subsequent stops and board the bus. This was done to respect other punctual guests. Furthermore, due to the three-day holiday in Japan, there were several sections of traffic congestion along the way. Ashley provided immediate updates on traffic conditions and arrival times. She also asked everyone on board if they wanted to cancel the stop at Sengen Shrine due to the traffic. She was very responsive and considerate, allowing for flexible adjustments to the itinerary based on traffic conditions and schedules. I highly recommend this tour.
