The service was polite, attentive, and not at all rude. From the moment we were seated until we left, the waiters were constantly there, refilling our water, clearing away used plates and utensils, keeping the table impeccably clean. Our table was by the window, offering a beautiful view of the sunset and Victoria Harbour.
