South Bay

The hotel is near the Wanchai MTR station and it is very convenient. The dinner buffet did offer a good range of choices and the food was of good quality. During the dinner time, there were some live demonstration of cooking, with one of them being the dish of braised abalone and duck web in oyster sauce. I think this is a good idea as it did make the atmosphere more lively. Last but not the least, the guest room was neat and tidy and the bed was comfortable.
