トゥンパック・セウ、ブロモ、イジェンを巡る3日間（2泊3日）の日本語ツアーに参加しました。ガイドのIrgiさんとドライバーのトミーさんのおかげで、期待をはるかに超える最高の旅になりました。Irgiさんは少しでも快適に過ごせるよう常に気を配り、こちらの希望にも柔軟に対応してくれるなど、とにかく親身にサポートしてくれました。トミーさんは深夜や早朝の移動、長距離の運転が続くハードな日程にもかかわらず、終始安全運転で時間通りに目的地へ連れて行ってくれ、安心して旅を楽しむことができました。 日本ではまだあまり馴染みのない東ジャワですが、トゥンパック・セウでは壮大で幻想的な滝の絶景に息をのみ、ブロモでは地球とは思えないような景色が待っていました。さらにイジェンでは神秘的なブルーファイヤとターコイズブルーの火口湖を見ることができ、どの景色も一生忘れられない思い出です。ツアー全体の移動や観光の流れも非常によく考えられており、無駄なく東ジャワの魅力を満喫できました。東ジャワ旅行を考えているなら、Cheap Bromoにすべてお任せして間違いありません。きっと期待を超える特別な体験が待っています。

We visited Surabaya by cruise. As soon as we meet the guide, I expressed top priority is back by3:30, the rest is flexible. After morning sightseeing(visited sites included & not included in the description, I was puzzled why no other tour group were in those places) guide said it’s time for lunch, I was puzzled how come we did not visit mosque & Arabic market, the guide then tell us we need at least 1.5 hrs for those. I really like to visit those attractions but we need to be back to ship in time. I told the guide he is the local so I will let him decide. After lunch we went to the souvenir shop, I spend 30-40 min shopping. Our tour ended about one hour early because not enough to visit the two mosque and Arabic market. Tour guide is polite and fine, but I am extremely disappointed that he did not communicate with us in advance. Other guests used the same tours went to those site

整體服務都很能依照我們當時的狀況做調整 因為我們有帶小孩 所以出門時間需要延後 以及中間的蠟染行程很盡興所以時間有拖到 也都能配合 調整 非常不錯

The waterfalls and volcanoes are amazing!

We joined this sunrise Bromo private tour in late June and had a fantastic experience. The tour was well organized. The local operator was thoughtful and texted us to confirm our booking, providing all information we needed before the trip. Our guide Salsa was fantastic and energetic, spoke excellent English, and took great care of us, making sure we enjoyed the whole trip. We truly appreciated her kindness, expertise and enthusiasm throughout this memorable tour. We had a wonderful time -- thank you so much!

我們的導遊是Nita，這三天的行程完全被她照顧得很好。她既聰明又熱心，對細節十分關注，還帶有幽默感，讓整個行程充滿輕鬆愉快的氛圍。Nita非常仔細地介紹了當地的文化、宗教、習俗以及火山等各方面的知識，無論我們提出什麼問題，她都能耐心解答。 特別是在布羅莫火山，她熟知最佳的拍照地點，幫我們拍下了許多美麗的照片，讓人感到非常可靠和安心。 雖然我們因為霧氣和體能狀況未能成功登頂伊真火山，但即使如此，沿途的風景依然迷人，這個獨特的火山地形絕對值得一遊。
