The tour guide explained each part of the itinerary very clearly, including the historical background of the train, the unique features of the zoo, and tips for seeing the penguins. They were very attentive. The ground-level viewing platform for the penguins was definitely worthwhile; some of them would come to the wooden boardwalk to rest or preen, allowing for close-up observation—they were incredibly cute.
