Purchase Notice

— Know before you go —

  • Children under 4 travel free but count toward the 15-guest limit: choose the number of guests including them.
  • Maya Bay is closed to landing from 1 August to 30 September. During that period the boat stops in front of the bay and you swim at Pileh Lagoon and Loh Samah Bay instead.
  • Weather: the trip runs in light rain if conditions are safe. If the sea is unsafe, you can change the date or get a full refund.
  • Late arrival: please be at the pier 15 minutes early. The boat must be back at the time booked, so a late start shortens the trip.

Reminders

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
