Join Chef Geppi on a charming, family-run farm in Sorrento for an authentic Italian cooking class that is completely gluten-free and bursting with local flavor.

Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a refreshing aperitivo before you step into the heart of the farm. You’ll take a peaceful walk through the lemon grove, surrounded by the scents and colors of the Sorrento Coast. During lemon season, you’ll even pick fresh lemons straight from the trees to use in your dessert.

Then, guided step by step by your professional chef, you’ll prepare a traditional menu inspired by local family recipes: hand-rolled potato gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana rolls, and a delicate lemon dessert made with the farm’s own citrus.

This beginner-friendly class is perfect for small groups, couples, and families, including guests with celiac needs. You’ll learn simple, practical techniques for creating naturally gluten-free Italian dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Once the cooking is done, sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve made, with drinks included. To end the experience, raise a glass of homemade limoncello and take home a digital recipe booklet, so you can recreate the flavors of Sorrento in your own kitchen.

  • Know Before You Go: You can see lemons growing on the trees and, during the harvest season, pick fresh lemons directly from the grove. Lemon picking is generally available until early August. From August onwards, you will usually see the small green lemons of the next season.

  • Know Before You Go: The cooking class takes place on a local family farm. There may be other guests on the property for different activities, but we always do our best to keep your experience intimate, warm, and personal.
