Day 1: your arrival at Ivato International Airport, our team will welcome you for a transfer and comfortable check-in at a hotel near the airport.
Day 2: Flight to Sambava and Vanilla Discovery
Morning flight to Sambava, the vanilla capital. You’ll visit a fascinating vanilla plantation to discover the secrets of this precious orchid. Overnight at Hotel Identic.
Day 3-5: Immersion in the Heart of Marojejy
Departure for Marojejy, a UNESCO World Heritage national park. After about a 2-hour drive, you’ll begin a 3-day exploration of this primary forest. You’ll sleep in a camp for total immersion. These two days will be dedicated to discovering the exceptional riches of this park, home to rare endemic fauna and flora, including the elusive Silky Sifaka.
Day 6: After leaving Marojejy, you’ll drive (approx. 1h30) towards Andapa, a small town surrounded by rice paddies and forests. Overnight at Hotel Beanana.
Day 7: A day dedicated to discovering the Agnatiala Reserve, offering a unique opportunity to observe local fauna and flora in a preserved setting.
Day 8: Departure for Vohemar, a coastal town in the northeast. You’ll check into La Baie d’Iharana Hotel, enjoying the sea breeze.

A long but enriching day’s drive towards Ankarana. Along the way, you’ll stop at the Daraina Reserve and visit gold seekers’ villages, for an authentic immersion in local life. Overnight at Kozobe Hotel.

Day 11: Joffre Ville and the Red Tsingy
