Private tour duration: Within 10 hours (The default pick-up and drop-off location is within Fukuoka City. If pick-up or drop-off occurs elsewhere, empty vehicle travel time will be deducted, and additional empty vehicle fees will apply.)
Private tour fee inclusions: The order price includes: Vehicle usage fee, fuel costs, driver wages, driver tips, and driver meal expenses.
Order price exclusions: ・Transportation-related expenses incurred after the itinerary begins, such as highway tolls and parking fees (must be paid in cash by the guest on-site). ・If pick-up or drop-off is required outside the designated meeting/dismissal points, empty vehicle time and fees will be incurred, which must be calculated separately and paid by the guest. ・For multi-day private tours where accommodation is outside Fukuoka City, guests must pay a driver accommodation subsidy of JPY 10,000 per night.

On the first day, stroll through Mameda-machi in Hita to experience the atmosphere of the Edo period old streets. Venture deep into Yabakei to admire the magnificent autumn scenery where layered forests, unique rock formations, and streams intertwine. Finally, arrive at Yufuin and Lake Kinrin to conclude the day amidst the tranquil lake views and the beauty of Mount Yufu.
On the second day, cross the Kokonoe Yume Otsurihashi Bridge to overlook the brilliant autumn colors across the mountains and valleys. Approach the Shimojo Ginkgo Tree to witness the spectacular sight of the thousand-year-old tree covered in golden leaves. Afterward, visit the historic Aso Shrine to feel the solemn and peaceful atmosphere of a Japanese shrine. Finally, walk through Kikuchi Gorge to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Kyushu's autumn, surrounded by clear streams and mountains covered in red leaves.
The third day focuses on Kyushu's most iconic autumn foliage gardens and ancient temples. Start at Mifuneyama Rakuen's landscape garden to enjoy the autumn beauty where red leaves and majestic mountain views intertwine. Step into the Forest of Environmental Art to experience unique autumn colors in a space where nature and art blend. Afterward, head to Kunen-an to stroll through the elegant garden and admire the brilliant red leaves during its limited opening period. Finally, visit Daikozen-ji Temple to bring a wonderful end to your three-day autumn foliage tour, surrounded by the harmony of ancient temple architecture and mountains of red leaves.

Highway tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip will be settled based on actual expenses and must be paid in cash to the driver at the end of the trip.
Child seat
The first child seat (0-6 years old) is provided free of charge. From the second seat onwards, a fee of 1,250 JPY per seat per day will be charged. Please make a note in advance and book via the product page.
Overtime fee
In case of overtime vehicle usage, an overtime fee will be collected in cash: 5,000 JPY per hour for 10-14 seater vehicles, and 10,000 JPY per hour for vehicles with more than 14 seats (exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour).
Deadhead fees
The default pick-up and drop-off location for the private tour is within Fukuoka City. If pick-up or drop-off occurs at other locations, the usage time will be adjusted to 8 hours, and an additional deadhead fee of 5,000 to 10,000 JPY will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the day of the trip.
Multi-day private tour
If a multi-day private tour is required and the driver needs to stay overnight outside of Fukuoka City, the overnight fee must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of the trip. This varies by season and region, estimated at 8,000 to 15,000 JPY per day.
Vehicle cleaning fee
If passengers cause severe damage or contamination to the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, lingering odors, or other situations requiring intensive cleaning), a cleaning fee of 25,000 JPY will be charged.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
