－ Important Information －

• Participants (aged 18 and above) must be present for any participants under 12 to enter.

• Young children (under 5) can visit for free when accompanied by a caregiver.

• Children (aged 5-12) must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) to enter. If a child (aged 5-12) requests to stop the experience within the first ten minutes of the XR session for any reason, they can redeem 10 game tokens for free.

• If necessary, children must provide a birth certificate for verification.

• Each ticket is for single entry only; swapping people after entry is not allowed.

• To ensure safety, entry is strictly prohibited for individuals with the following conditions: * Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, or mental health conditions unsuitable for high-intensity sensory stimulation. * Those with severe motion sickness, a history of photosensitive epilepsy, or women at any stage of pregnancy. * Those who have recently (within 90 days recommended) undergone major surgery (e.g., eye, bone, heart surgery) or suffer from severe cervical or lumbar spine diseases. * Those who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or in a state of physical fatigue with impaired judgment or mobility.

• Participants must strictly follow staff instructions and remain within the designated physical and virtual safety boundaries at all times.

• Running, jumping, climbing, shouting, smoking, and eating/drinking are strictly prohibited inside the VR venue to prevent disturbing others and causing safety risks.

• VR experiences are subject to the availability of equipment and session scheduling on the day.

• Each VR experience has a maximum capacity, depending on the equipment and content available that day.

• Participants must rest for 20 minutes after each VR experience before starting the next one.

• If you feel any physical or psychological discomfort during the experience, you should immediately notify the staff loudly or raise your hand to terminate the experience.

• This venue complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. For safety purposes, the venue is equipped with a CCTV system for recording.

• Late arrivals may result in the cancellation of your booking, and paid fees will not be refunded.

• Participants understand and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with immersive experiences (such as mild dizziness, collision risks, etc.).

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the venue shall not be held liable for any injury or loss caused by the participant's violation of these rules, failure to follow staff instructions, or due to their own health conditions.

• The venue has purchased public liability insurance, and the coverage is subject to the terms of the policy.

• Some individuals may experience a short 'reality adaptation period' after the experience. It is recommended to stay in the rest area until your senses have fully recovered before engaging in activities that require high concentration, such as driving.

• The final interpretation of these admission rules belongs to Cyber Quest Technology Limited.
