Purchase Notice

The Wusuli Boat Song Scenic Area is expected to open at the end of November. Ice activities and winter fishing performances are subject to temperature conditions and will only operate once the ice layer is solid, with an expected opening in early December. If the Wusuli Boat Song Scenic Area is not open, it will be replaced by a snowmobile ride up the Big Bald Mountain (Da Tu Ding Zi Shan), and all other attractions will remain unchanged.

The age limit for this tour is 65 years old; those exceeding this age cannot register.

The child price for the Snow Town day tour does not include the Snow Town entrance ticket or the shuttle bus.

Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) and above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative and sign a Health Commitment Letter. We regret that we cannot accept registrations from individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, psychiatric history, or pregnant women. The default ski resort is the Yangguang Ski Resort, but this may be adjusted based on the resort's opening status and the number of visitors on the day.

Due to the significant impact of weather in Northeast China, if highways are closed due to snow, the itinerary will be adjusted to use rail transportation. Specific transportation methods and cost arrangements are as follows:

Scenario 1: Road closure in both directions for the entire journey

You will need to arrive at Harbin Station on your own to take the train. Staff will meet you at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group itinerary. At the end of the tour, staff will drop you off at Yabuli Railway Station, and you will take the train back to Harbin on your own, where the group will disband.

1. Regular train (3.5 hours): If a regular train hard seat is arranged, the round-trip ticket cost will be covered by the travel agency.

2. High-speed train (1.5 hours): If a second-class seat on a high-speed train is arranged, you may entrust the travel agency to purchase it for you. You will be responsible for the price difference between the high-speed train second-class seat and the regular train hard seat, which will be collected by staff on-site (estimated price difference: 38.5 CNY/person one-way, 77 CNY/person round-trip).

Special circumstances: If second-class tickets for the outbound journey are sold out, you will be upgraded to a first-class seat. Please pay the price difference between the first-class seat and the regular train ticket (estimated price difference: 83.5 CNY/person one-way, 167 CNY/person round-trip).

Scenario 2: One-way road closure

If the road is closed for the outbound journey: You will need to arrive at Harbin Station on your own to take the train. Staff will meet you at Yabuli Railway Station to continue the group itinerary. For the return journey, you will take a tourist bus and disband at the designated location.

If the road is closed for the return journey: You will gather at the notified time for the outbound journey and travel by tourist bus. At the end of the tour, staff will drop you off at Yabuli Railway Station, and you will take the train back to Harbin on your own, where the group will disband.

1. Regular train (3.5 hours): If a regular train hard seat is arranged, the one-way ticket cost will be covered by the travel agency.

2. High-speed train (1.5 hours): If a second-class seat on a high-speed train is arranged, you may entrust the travel agency to purchase it for you. You will be responsible for the price difference between the high-speed train second-class seat and the regular train hard seat, which will be collected by staff on-site (estimated price difference: 38.5 CNY/person one-way).

Special circumstances: If second-class tickets for the outbound journey are sold out, you will be upgraded to a first-class seat. Please pay the price difference between the first-class seat and the regular train ticket (estimated price difference: 83.5 CNY/person one-way).

Travelers holding a passport or a permit for Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan must provide a photo of the first page of their document to purchase high-speed train tickets. Please send your order number and photos of the first page of all travelers' documents to the supplier's email address on your confirmation voucher as soon as your order is confirmed.

Please arrive at the pickup point at the time agreed upon by the tour staff. Do not be late, so as not to delay the itinerary for yourself and other travelers.

For entry into all scenic areas, you must present the original ID card, passport, or permit for Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan. Please ensure you carry the document used during booking. Travelers must provide accurate registration information (name, ID number, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.

If you qualify for the current free admission policy of a scenic area on the day, ticket refunds will not be based on the scenic area's listed price but will be calculated according to the travel agency's group discount policy.

The child height measurement in scenic areas is based on height with shoes on, not barefoot height. Please keep this in mind when booking. If you are measured at the scenic area and exceed the limit for discounted tickets, you will need to purchase a ticket on-site. The on-site ticket purchase process is cumbersome and may affect the overall schedule of the group tour; thank you for your understanding.

The agency will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to force majeure (such as boat schedules, weather, flight factors, etc.).

Clothing: During winter travel in Northeast China, temperatures along the route are low, ranging from 0°C to -20°C, and can reach below -30°C in some areas. The temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is significant, so it is recommended to choose loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on and take off. The climate in the Northeast is dry, and both indoors and tour buses are heated, so it will not feel excessively cold. A down jacket, sweater, and thermal underwear are usually sufficient, except at ski resorts. Keeping your feet warm is particularly important; it is recommended to prepare a pair of thick-soled, non-slip fur boots. You may want to choose a size slightly larger to accommodate extra insoles or thick socks. Also, wear soft, warm gloves, a scarf, and a winter hat or earmuffs. If you want to take great photos, you can prepare several hats in different styles and colors, which can also be swapped with fellow travelers. If you find it inconvenient to carry them, you can purchase affordable, high-quality cold-weather gear at your first stop in the Northeast, where there is a wide variety of materials and styles available.

Alpine Skiing: Skiing is an exciting experience, but there are risks for beginners if they are not well-prepared. Please assess your own physical condition and act within your limits. Skiing consumes a lot of energy; it is recommended to replenish with chocolate and water before skiing. Be sure to stretch and warm up your limbs and joints before skiing. When walking on ice or snow, keep your knees slightly bent and your center of gravity forward to avoid slipping. Read the ski resort's guidelines carefully before skiing, understand the relevant rules, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. During skiing, please follow the staff's instructions and do not enter forests or advanced ski slopes without authorization. Most skiing activities in the itinerary are located in forest areas; travelers must be careful about fire prevention, and smoking in the wild is strictly prohibited.

Eye Protection: In the northern winter, the snow is deep and highly reflective. Be sure to wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes and prevent snow blindness caused by sunlight reflecting off the snow.

Private vendors often follow visitors at scenic area entrances and inside the park to sell goods. The quality of these products varies, so please be cautious when purchasing and remember to ask for a receipt. Do not easily trust mobile vendors along the road or promotions at roadside supermarkets to avoid unnecessary consumption losses. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal action and has nothing to do with the travel agency.

Please keep your personal belongings safe. Carry your ID documents and valuables with you at all times; do not leave them with others or leave them on the bus or in your room. The travel agency will not be responsible for any loss. During free time, please pay attention to your personal safety and the security of your belongings.

During the tour, please do not linger too long at attractions or shopping areas, which could cause you to fall behind or cause delays. Please cooperate with the tour leader's arrangements, arrive at the designated meeting point on time, and do not wander off alone to avoid delaying the overall itinerary.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
