Trip Cancellation Request Guide
Cancellations are confirmed and applied when received during business hours. Cancellation fee dates are calculated based on business days. (If a cancellation request is made outside of business hours/days, it will be processed on the next business day.) Requests made outside of business hours are considered received on the next day. Business hours are Mon-Fri 09:00~18:00 (excluding weekends and holidays). Example: For products departing on Sat/Sun/Mon, if cancelled after business hours on Friday, it is considered a same-day cancellation.
