Product Info

Hosted by Stefano and his family in their purpose-built Studio Cucina, located in Bowral. A short 90-minute drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.
You will learn how to cook traditional pasta from all regions of Italy, whilst watching cows grazing on the rolling hills behind Stefano's home. You will be cooking with produce sourced locally, and even from Stefano's vegetable garden.
