Infant and toddler policies:
Children aged 0-2 (under 3 years old) can enjoy free admission when accompanied by two adults (no seat, no meal, no bed); if accompanied by only one adult, the child price will apply.
Passengers aged 3-12 should purchase child tickets. Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour.
Children's meals: Children's tickets include meals for children. If you have a larger appetite, we recommend registering at the adult price.
Child safety seats: According to Western Australian traffic regulations, children aged 0-8 years must use child safety seats. Please inform us of their age when placing your order so that arrangements can be made, and please be sure to use them.

Special care: Elderly people and travelers with mobility impairments must be accompanied and cared for by at least one adult relative or friend.
Mobility: Due to vehicle limitations, those with mobility impairments must possess basic mobility skills (must be able to climb two steps to get onto the vehicle on their own).

Natural Landscape Statement: The color of Hutt Lagoon (Pink Lake) is affected by the climate, and it is usually dry from January to March. No refunds will be given if viewing conditions are not ideal on the day of your visit.
Itinerary Changes: All attractions will be visited in their entirety, but the driver/guide may flexibly adjust the order and timing based on weather and road conditions. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or government orders causing attraction closures, our company reserves the right to change the plan and arrange alternative attractions, without incurring any liability for damages.
Punctuality is crucial: The tour departs on time. Passengers who miss their connecting transport due to lateness will be considered to have forfeited the tour and will not receive a refund. No cancellations, cancellations of sightseeing, or requests for pick-up and drop-off are accepted during the tour.
【Fee Details】
Driver/guide service gratuity: AUD 5 per person per day (including adults and children occupying a seat), please pay the driver/guide during the trip.
The price does not include: airfare, visa, personal expenses, travel insurance, meals/entrance fees/activities/accommodation not mentioned in any of the plans, and additional expenses caused by force majeure events such as strikes or disasters.
Optional activities: Participation is optional and depends on individual needs, such as sandboard rental, wine tasting, etc.
Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase personal travel insurance before departure.
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Meals are not included for children under the age of 2
Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 2 and are required to be purchased on-site
Luggage Guidelines: Due to limited interior space, we recommend each person use a soft travel bag weighing 7 kg. Please avoid bringing large hard-shell suitcases. For special requests, please contact customer service.
Clothing suggestions: Please wear clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor activities. Western Australia experiences significant temperature variations, so we recommend bringing sunglasses, a sun hat, a light jacket, and sun protection.
Health advice: The trip involves long-distance driving; passengers prone to motion sickness should bring their own motion sickness medication. Remember to stay hydrated, protect yourself from the sun, and bring your personal medications.
Flight connections: The return time to Perth on the last day is affected by road conditions. If you plan to leave on the evening of your trip, it is recommended to book a flight departing after 10 pm.
Property safety: Please keep your personal belongings safe. The driver/guide is not responsible for their safekeeping.
