This tour begins at the edge of historic downtown Oswego where landmarks will be pointed out and described. The tastings are planned out like a progressive dinner so that each part of the meal is tasted along the way; including snacks and dessert. The first tasting will be a soup or stew followed by appetizers and snacks, then entrees, desserts, and a cocktail at our RoofTop Lounge.
We will circle historic Franklin Square in the middle of our 2 mile walk and hear the stories of the famous people who lived there. Including the stories of Alvin Bronson, Madame Mulvina Guimarez, Dr. Mary Walker, and more.
At each stop you will view the menu and hear the story of how each owner came into their business.
