Remarks :

1.This booking covers one-way transfer only. If you require a round-trip transfer, please make two separate bookings, one for each direction.

2. Starex & Travel van both under ASEAN PSV Licensed, Licensed tour vehicles with Bas Persiaran Permit. Use the bus lane at checkpoints. Passengers must alight with their luggage at both Singapore & Malaysian immigration. After clearance, passengers will continue the journey in the same vehicle with the same driver.

3. If the trip is confirmed, we will need to collect the full list of passengers, including names, passport numbers, etc (via whatsapp / passenger need to fill in the name list form during the trip).This is a requirement from the Malaysia Tourism Board.

  • Additional Information

1. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

2. Round-trip services must be booked separately.

3. Oversized or extra luggage may incur additional charges, which must be paid directly to the driver.

4. At the driver's discretion: if the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.

5. Passengers must alight with their luggage at both Singapore & Malaysian immigration.

6. If the trip is confirmed, we will need to collect the full list of passengers, including names, passport numbers, etc (via whatsapp / passenger need to fill in the name list form during the trip).

Whether an extra stop can be added must be confirmed with the operator.

Out-of-area surcharge:

Applies to pickups or drop-offs outside the coverage area. Charges can be confirmed with the operator and paid directly to the driver.
