Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Regarding cancellation or holding of the event in case of rain: • Decision criteria: The decision will be made based on the weather forecast (southern Kyoto Prefecture) early in the morning on the day of the event, or on any sudden deterioration of weather conditions. • Notification: If the event is cancelled, we will contact you at your registered email address or mobile phone at least one hour before the scheduled meeting time.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- 1. Participation Requirements (For Safety Management) ・Target Age: Junior high school students and older (12 years and older) ・Suitable Height: 145cm or taller *For safety reasons, preschool children and customers under 145cm tall are not permitted to participate. 2. Clothing and Shoes (Required) ・Shoes: Comfortable walking shoes with flat soles such as sneakers (heels, sandals, platform shoes, and slippers are not permitted). ・Clothing: Comfortable pants (skirts and pants with wide hems are not permitted to prevent them from getting caught in the chains). 3. Punctuality (Strictly Required) ・Meeting Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. ・Rules: Due to the nature of group tours, if you are late, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation (no refund), and you will not be able to join midway. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare. 4. Cancellation/Operation in Case of Rain ・Decision Criteria: In principle, the tour will be canceled in case of rain. The decision will be made based on the weather forecast (southern Kyoto Prefecture) early in the morning on the day of the tour or in case of sudden deterioration of the weather.・Notification: In the event of cancellation, we will contact you at your registered email address or mobile phone at least one hour before the scheduled meeting time.

Ages of participation: 12 to 70 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please bring your smartphone or digital camera (please ensure it is fully charged), comfortable clothing, and sneakers (for safety reasons, please refrain from wearing long skirts or high heels). *A bottle of mineral water for hydration (one per person) is included in the tour price.
Rental items: Helmets (free), mini pouches (free), cloakroom service for suitcases, etc. (charges apply)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
