You'll finish the experience with the steepest zipline in the world—a zipline ride that descends 30 stories at speeds of up to 70 kph! This stunningly beautiful guided journey through native beech forest comprises six amazing ziplines routes. The Kea tour is a truly unique way to get down the mountain and perfect for those seeking a higher adrenaline factor.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Please meet at the Ziptrek Guest Services Treehouse, at the top of Skyline Gondola. You can reach your meeting point following the Tiki trail (a short 10-minute walk uphill). Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your experience begins.(Ziptrek Treehouse (100m from Skyline Gondola), Queenstown, New Zealand)

  • Extra fees to be paid on-site:The Skyline Gondola ticket is not included. Tickets can be purchased from the Skyline base building. Allow at least 60–90 minutes to purchase tickets and ride the gondola

  • Know in advance:Groups can have up to 10 passengers per tour

  • Minimum weight: 20 kg (44 lbs); Maximum weight: 125 kg (275 lbs)

  • Minimum age for this activity is 6 years

  • The Kea tour involves a 20-25 minute steep downhill walk through native forest

  • Guests presenting a gondola ticket at treehouse check-in will be given a (Kea) stamp which allows them to re-upload on the gondola after their Kea 6 Line tour

  • Remember to bring:Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy, enclosed shoes
