The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their gratuities, as well as round-trip transportation costs listed in the itinerary.

Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Latecomers will not be waited for; no refunds will be given for latecomers or those who are absent.

Seasonal sightseeing such as flower viewing and maple viewing are affected by the weather, and the actual viewing effect depends on the conditions on the day. Once the tour is formed, the trip will not be cancelled due to the condition of the flowers or maple leaves.

Children under 3 years old do not occupy a seat, and meals and additional charges apply for activities such as boat rides and cable cars. Each adult can bring one child under 3 years old for free. Children aged 3-5 years old are provided with children's meals. Children aged 6 years and above are provided with adult meals. If you need to change to children's meals, please make a request 2 days before departure. Changes cannot be made on the day of departure. Passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers aged 80 years and above must be accompanied by a family member or friend.

A minimum of 7 people are required for the group to form a group. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified and a rescheduling will be arranged three working days before departure.

For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group (interleaving in Cantonese and Mandarin, language arrangement subject to change on the day). For groups of fewer than 10, a driver/tour leader will accompany the group, primarily responsible for itinerary planning and time management, and may provide Mandarin assistance.

The driver/tour leader speaks Mandarin, and you can seek help from him/her in case of emergency.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and guests may not claim compensation for this reason. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the restaurant is temporarily closed/fully booked or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be able to dine at a nearby restaurant or receive a cash voucher instead.

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only assume the obligation to provide full assistance, and the company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the injured or deceased.

Outdoor activities involve risks, and it is recommended that you purchase personal travel and medical insurance according to your own needs.

Bus seats are one person per seat. We regret that we cannot accept advance seat reservations. Depending on the registration situation on the day, the bus seats and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other members of the tour group. Please be aware of this.

To ensure the safety of travelers and protect the rights of other group members, please inform us of any chronic illnesses or mobility issues when registering.

If you require vegetarian food, please be sure to indicate this in the remarks section when ordering so that we can make arrangements. If you do not indicate this, we regret that we cannot arrange vegetarian meals on-site.

Meal details may be subject to change depending on factors such as the restaurant's available ingredients on the day. If the restaurant is temporarily closed or full, the dining location may be changed, and meals of the same price will be provided. Our company reserves the right to flexibly adjust the meals. In order to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary, the order of sightseeing may also be changed. We appreciate your understanding and forgiveness.

In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (at 18:00 local time) regarding whether the tour will be cancelled, and the participant will be notified by email as soon as possible.

To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, please refrain from eating or drinking inside the vehicle. Any stains caused will be subject to compensation according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.

As this tour cannot be transferred to other departures or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Thank you for your understanding.
