• Question 4: Depending on the sea conditions on the day, we may change the tour content to prioritize your safety. If we are unable to take you to your desired point due to sea conditions, we may change the tour to snorkeling in a calmer area. In that case, there will be no change in price. If you cancel for your own reasons, the cancellation policy will apply. The final decision will be made on-site after checking the sea conditions on the day. Please note that snorkeling is only available to those 65 years of age and younger, so customers 65 years of age and older cannot participate. Thank you for your understanding. Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• If the tour is canceled due to rough seas or engine trouble on the boat, we will refund the full amount.
