Scaling the Eiffel Tower is a must while you're in Paris, but with this tour you won't just "do the Eiffel Tower" — you'll experience it with a local guide who can share its secrets, stories, and insider tips for the rest of your trip. Ready for an adventure?

After you check in, your guide gets your ticket so you can take the elevator up to the second floor together. You'll learn about Gustave Eiffel, the tower's original controversy and eventual fame, its changing colors and lights, and much more that will astound you. Admire panoramic views of Paris as your guide points out famous landmarks.

Upgrade to see the summit and you'll visit the very top of the Eiffel Tower, where there's a champagne bar, Gustave's private office, and a true bird's-eye view of Paris. Tower staff do sometimes close the summit temporarily, but if it's closed when you get your ticket, your guide will make sure you get a refund for that portion of your experience.

For summit access, you'll head up right after getting to the second floor, per Eiffel Tower regulations. Then after your summit visit, you can take your time exploring the first and second floors on your way down.

Add on the cruise option to enjoy a one-hour Seine boat ride, offering a unique perspective of Paris. These tickets are valid for a year, so use them at your convenience after your Eiffel Tower adventure.

  • Meeting point description: Meet the ExperienceFoundry ground team outside the Eiffel Tower, WITHOUT passing any security screenings. They will be stationed near the trees and benches outside the South Security Entrance (Entrance #1) of the Eiffel Tower on Allée des Refuzniks. The representatives from ExperienceFoundry will be identifiable by their orange signs reading "ExperienceFirst" or "ExperienceFoundry".(South Security Entrance of the Eiffel Tower, Allée des Refuzniks, 75007 Paris)

  • Accessibility:The tour is accessible for foldable strollers

  • Not suitable for:This tour is not stroller or wheelchair accessible

  • Not allowed:Large bags and luggage may not be allowed through security and there are no lockers

  • Know in advance:You can choose between three ticket options: Eiffel Tour by Elevator, Eiffel Tour by Elevator + Summit, or Eiffel Tour by Elevator + Summit + Cruise

  • If you've booked the summit upgrade but the summit is closed when you receive your tickets from your guide, the summit portion of your tour will be refunded, and you'll still enjoy a visit to the second floor. Please note that it's not possible to cancel your reservation due to summit closure. The summit may be closed by Eiffel Tower staff for maintenance, weather, safety, and more, and this is unfortunately beyond our control

  • This is not a skip-the-line tour so you must queue to enter and to wait for your tickets. Please be aware that the wait time to purchase tickets can be up to two hours. However, rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait in line together

  • Per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to see the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other two floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups

  • The restroom break is about halfway through the tour at the second level
