Meeting point description: In front of the Tourist Information Office. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier for check in. The local operator staff will be wearing a pink T-shirt and holding a pink signal.(Plaza del Triunfo, 1, Sevilla, España)

Know in advance:The entrance ticket of Alcázar is nominative. Each ticket belongs to one person identified with ID card or passport. The Alcázar does not allow changes or cancellations

Seniors reduction only applies to EU citizens

All participants need to make a reservation, including infants

Some sections of the Cathedral may be temporarily closed for maintenance or conferences

The local operator is not responsible for any inconveniences that monuments decisions may cause, such as changes in opening/closing times, restriction of any area for security, restoring, or any other reason

Please note that the guided tour is refundable, while the attractions tickets included in this experience are non-refundable. Even if you cancel your tour 24 hours before the starting time, you will not receive a refund for your ticket to the Alcázar and Cathedral (27 euros)

The tour starts on time. Late arrivals will be unable to join and will be considered as no-shows
