After boarding the coach, you'll travel through gently rolling countryside to some of the region's most well‑known landmarks. One of the highlights is Rosslyn Chapel, famous for its intricate carvings and the legends and symbolism that surround it, including links to the Knights Templar and The Da Vinci Code. You'll also have time to explore Melrose, a historic market town best known for the atmospheric ruins of Melrose Abbey, where the heart of Robert the Bruce is buried.

Scenic viewpoints are part of the journey too, including a stop at Scott's View, which overlooks the River Tweed and the surrounding hills that inspired Sir Walter Scott. The day concludes at Glenkinchie Distillery, the Lowland home of Johnnie Walker.
