If you cancel for personal reasons, the cancellation policy will apply. Final decisions will be made on-site after checking the sea conditions on the day. Additionally, please be aware that snorkeling participation is limited to those up to 65 years old; customers over 65 cannot participate. We appreciate your understanding in advance. Regarding tour cancellation:

• If the tour is cancelled due to poor sea conditions or boat engine trouble, a full refund will be provided.
