By confirming the booking and/or requesting the purchase of third-party tickets, the Customer expressly authorizes our agency to act in their name and on their behalf, pursuant to Articles 1703 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code, for the purpose of purchasing, reserving, and, where applicable, collecting tickets for transportation services, museums, exhibitions, and cultural sites located in Rome, including but not limited to sites such as the Colosseum, Vatican Museums, and Borghese Gallery.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• The Agency acts solely as an intermediary in the purchase of such tickets from third-party providers.
• The Customer provides the Agency with accurate personal information required for ticket issuance and accepts responsibility for any errors or omissions.
This mandate is granted specifically for the execution of the requested services and shall be considered valid upon confirmation of the booking and until completion of the related transactions.
Where required, the Customer also authorizes the Agency to process personal data strictly for the purposes of fulfilling this mandate, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
