The tour includes transportation with a driver only on the way to and from Krakow, while sightseeing in the Salt Mine is conducted with a local guide. The tour begins with a descent down the Daniłowicz Shaft to Level I, located 64 meters underground, which requires walking down 380 stairs. The route then continues deeper to 135 meters underground, and there are approximately 800 steps in total along the entire route. The maximum allowed size of backpacks or handbags is 35 x 20 x 20 cm. Larger belongings must be left in the vehicle. The tour is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations. Guests with claustrophobia may feel uncomfortable. The Schindler Story tour takes place entirely outdoors and operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
