Product Info

Begin in Kazimierz, one of Kraków’s most evocative districts. Walk along Szeroka Street, surrounded by historic synagogues and townhouses dating back centuries.
See the Old Synagogue, the oldest preserved in Poland, and pass the Remuh Synagogue and Cemetery — one of the country’s most significant Jewish heritage sites. Continue past the Kupa Synagogue and Tempel Synagogue before reaching Plac Nowy, the lively center of the district.
Along the way, your guide will explain how Jewish and Christian communities coexisted, offering insight into daily life, traditions, and the cultural identity of prewar Kraków.
Continue to Schindler’s Enamel Factory, now a museum presenting the exhibition “Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939–1945.”
With a licensed guide, explore the story of Oskar Schindler, who used his factory to protect Jewish workers from deportation. Learn how more than 1,000 people — known as “Schindlerjuden” — survived thanks to his actions.
Through photographs, personal items, and reconstructed spaces, the exhibition reveals daily life under occupation, placing Schindler’s story within the broader context of the city’s wartime experience.
