Please consult a travel advisor for detailed pricing information. The Potala Palace entrance fee is RMB 200 per person, payable on-site. On-site ticket purchases at attractions cost approximately RMB 1,000. Meals cost approximately RMB 30-60 per meal; please bring RMB cash.
It is recommended that each person prepare RMB 30 per day for tips for the driver and tour guide, to be paid in a lump sum at the end of the trip.
Round-trip airfare or high-speed rail tickets from Taiwan to Tibet are not included in the tour price. The company provides a booking service; please inquire about this when registering.
The Drepung Monastery Buddha Exhibition Ceremony is scheduled for August 12th this year. The itinerary may be slightly adjusted depending on the departure date, but the rest of the itinerary will remain the same. Insurance details: Travel liability insurance of NT$5 million + NT$200,000 accidental medical expenses. Large baggage travel instructions: If you have large baggage, each passenger is limited to one suitcase. Most airlines limit checked baggage to 20 kg (although there are no strict size restrictions, it is recommended to use a 20 to 23-inch suitcase).
Please confirm whether the tour will proceed 10 days in advance. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
Reminders
Tibet is a special autonomous region, and the government has the right to open or close tourist attractions at any time. In the event of attraction closure, we will discuss alternative solutions with tour members as soon as possible after receiving notification.
If the government temporarily requisitions hotels or Qinghai-Tibet Railway carriages, it will arrange hotels of the same standard and the most appropriate alternative.
In the event of force majeure (weather, road conditions, political factors) or changes to the itinerary due to the participant's own reasons, any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the participant.
Due to the unique climate of the Tibetan Plateau and the long-distance driving over high mountains, there is a possibility of vehicle breakdowns or repairs being arranged along the way. The travel agency promises to quickly arrange appropriate solutions and asks for the understanding and cooperation of passengers.
Everest Base Camp is a particularly remote location, and accommodation is in dormitory-style, without breakfast. Please make preparations in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
