- Valid for Vietnam Travel Pass within Vietnam.
- Available to new and existing Grab users.
- Each user may apply only one promo code for redemption.
- Promo code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Customers can purchase the Grab Travel Pass either before departure or upon arrival via the Grab app; however, the code can only be redeemed once they arrive in Vietnam.
- The Travel Pass is activated on the date of purchase and will expire 4 weeks from that date.
- Only international travelers are eligible for Travel Passes. Residents of a country, including domestic travelers and long term residents, are ineligible for Travel Passes. You would be considered a resident of a country if you meet any one of the following conditions:
- You have previously registered on the Grab app with a local phone number (using local country code).
- You have more engagement on the Grab app within that country than any other country (as determined solely by Grab).
- You use a local payment method. - You might not be able to locate the Vietnam Travel Pass if your account is identified as a long-term resident (e.g., frequently active on the Grab platform in Vietnam).
- The travel pass is available for users with mobile numbers outside of the (+84) area code.
- Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges unless otherwise stated.

You can now purchase a Travel Pass before you even leave home, or upon arrival at your destination.

For travelers from outside Southeast Asia:
- Choose your destination: Select the country and city you are traveling to.
- Navigate to Subscriptions: Go to the 'Account' section and tap on 'Subscriptions'. You must be logged into your account.
- Choose the Travel Pass: Select the Travel Pass for your destination country.
- Purchase the Pass: Tap on ‘Get Travel Pass’. Your pass will be valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Use a promo code : If you have a promo code, enter it and select the one you wish to use.
- Complete Payment: Confirm and complete the payment to activate your pass.
For travelers from within Southeast Asia:
- Open the Grab App: Launch the app from your home country.
- Navigate to Subscriptions: Go to the 'Account' section and tap on 'Subscriptions'.
- Choose the Travel Pass: Select the Travel Pass for the country you are visiting.
- Purchase the Pass: Tap on ‘Get Travel Pass’.

- Can't purchase the Travel Pass: Check if you have a credit or debit card linked to your Grab account. If you're still having trouble, contact Grab support for assistance.
- Can't use the vouchers in the Travel Pass: Make sure you're in the country that the pack is intended for.
