One Way Ferry Ticket to Singapore / Batam [ Majestic Fast Ferry ]

• Please ensure all passenger details provided at the time of booking are accurate and match the travel document used for boarding.
  
• Passengers entering Indonesia must hold a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of entry and are required to complete the Indonesia Electronic Customs Declaration prior to arrival or upon arrival via All Indonesia app or web https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/
  
• Departure times selected from Singapore follow Singapore local time, while return departure times from Batam follow Batam local time. Please refer to the ferry schedule provided in the photos within the product description.
  
• Passengers must present a valid e-ticket / voucher at the Majestic Fast Ferry counter at the departure terminal to redeem the boarding pass before boarding.
• For round-trip bookings, the return ticket is issued as an open ticket. Passengers may reserve their preferred return departure time directly at the ferry operator’s counter when redeeming the outbound boarding pass, subject to seat availability.
• Fuel surcharges and any temporary additional charges, if applicable, are not included and must be paid directly at the ferry operator’s counter.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including a passport and visa (if required), before travel.
• Please arrive at the terminal early to allow sufficient time for check-in, immigration clearance, and boarding procedures.
• Ferry schedules are subject to change, delay, or cancellation due to weather conditions, port operations, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any temporary surcharge or additional fee imposed by the ferry operator, port operator, or relevant authorities due to fuel adjustments, force majeure, policy changes, or other factors beyond the seller’s control shall be borne by the passenger.
