- Pick-up/Drop off at customer's hotel: We will pick you up at your hotel in District 1 center including Bui Thi Xuan, Le Lai, Nguyen Trai (partial), Ton That Tung, Pham Ngu Lao, Bui Vien, Do Quang Dau, Phan Chu Trinh, Ly Tu Trong, Le Thanh Ton, Hai Ba Trung, Nguyen Hue, Dong Khoi, Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Thai Binh, Vo Van Kiet, and surrounding areas. (Please provide us hotel address when booking)
- Note: Drop-off time is subject to traffic, weather...so the finished time could be later than expected.
7:30 - 8:00 am You will be picked up from your Ho Chi Minh accommodation in the morning and board a comfortable minivan.
Then, you will head to the Cu Chi Tunnels and hear about the Vietnamese resistance to the US Forces, watch an introductory video about how the tunnels were made and how Vietnamese people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime.
Experience the secret entrances, a sophisticated camouflage system that kept the tunnels hidden from the enemy
Afterward, special tea & cassava (guerrilla's food during the war) will be served.
Having lunch at restaurant
With a boat trip on the Tien River, you will be excited by the light breeze from the river and the natural beauty of beautiful islands such as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix & Tortoise along the riverside.
Try a short rowing boat ride through the coconut-lined canals, surrounded by lush greenery and village life.
Visit the Coconut Candy Workshop and enjoy seasonal delicious fruits and honey tea. Then, listen to Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by local people.
Arriving back at the harbour, our bus will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City. This concludes a meaningful full-day journey."
